  • Fin Material Options
    • Die-formed corrugated plate type fins
    • Full-drawn Fin collars for accurate control of spacing and maximum tube contact
    • Spiral fin 0.20mm - 0.5mm thick with optional (Aluminium / S.S 304 / 316 / Copper)
    • Fins per inch : 4 to 11
  • Tube Materials
    • S.S 304 / 316 seamless tube having 1mm thick to 2mm thick.
    • Return bends: Seamless S.S 304/316 tube with 1mm – 2mm thick
    • Mechanically expanded Tubes forming interference fit with fin collars
    • Specifications
      • 5/8" O.D. & 1/2” O.D standard finned tube available .
    • Rows available : 2 - 12
  • Headers
    • Stainless steel header
    • At a parallel surface to coil tube resulting in strong argon weld joints
    • Vertically mounted coils and horizontally running tubes in circuiting designed for gravity-drain.
  • Casing
    • Flanges : 16-gauge minimum thick material, die-formed for easy mounting and stacking
    • Material Options : Galvanized steel standard. Optional SS, aluminum and copper.
  • Brazing
    • Joints : High temperature filler metals. Argon welded in manifold connections
